Harmony Day 2016

The Principal's Message

Welcome to Kingsbury Primary School. We are a unique school community, small in size but big on developing close and personal connections with our school families. All students and families from a wide range of cultures across the world are invited to join us at our school. Here, we look after the whole child, developing social, emotional and academic learning strengths though personalised, differentiated curriculum.

Teachers are dedicated educators at our school, working collaboratively in teams to develop an exciting and challenging curriculum that includes a strong focus on Literacy and Numeracy. However, we also realise that children have different interests and strengths. We invite a range of organisations into our school to support this. Currently we have two Song Room projects, Sporting Schools, Inter-School Sports and an English as an Additional Language program operating across the school.

Kingsbury Kids are confident and resilient. They demonstrate tolerance, respect and understanding of the needs and differences of others. They know how to work in teams and support each other.

Kingsbury teachers provide an inclusive and nurturing environment. They understand the importance of Child Safety and they know and care for each and every child across the school.

We invite you to come and join us in our community. Enrolments are now being accepted. Contact the school to organise a meeting with me and a personalised tour of our facilities.

I look forward to meeting you.
